Return & Exchange Policy

Products are non-returnable, and there is No Refund Policy. However, replacement can be initiated for receiving of wrong product from us. Perfume Pack should be sealed as delivered so that return can be initiated.

Important Notice:

In case you receive a damaged product, missing item, tampered package, leakage issue, or if any product is not received in your shipment, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label and packaging condition.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or resolution. Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and order details.
